Administrative Office Professional
Position Summary:
Seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Administrative Office Professional to support our daily operations and ensure smooth coordination between clients, clinicians, and leadership. This position plays an essential role in maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism within our agency — helping us continue our mission of providing exceptional behavioral and mental health services to the community.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and compassion, ensuring a welcoming front-office environment.

Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage staff calendars.

Maintain and organize client files in accordance with DBHDS and HIPAA compliance standards.

Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation as requested by supervisors.

Support HR and administrative processes, including onboarding, timekeeping, and staff communication.

Assist with billing coordination, insurance verification, and service authorization tracking.

Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.

Support management with program audits, data entry, and record maintenance.

Coordinate communication between clinicians, clients, and community partners to promote operational excellence.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of office administrative experience (preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services).

Community-Based Mental Health Counselor (QMHP)
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to provide Intensive In-Home and Mental Health Skill-Building Services to children, adolescents, and adults throughout the Greater Richmond area. The ideal candidate will be passionate about community-based work and committed to supporting clients in achieving their mental health goals.
PLEASE NOTE: Applicants must be registered with the Virginia Board of Counseling as a QMHP to be considered.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Delivering individualized mental health counseling and skill-building services in clients’ homes and community settings

Providing one-on-one support to adults with serious mental illness

Assisting clients with appointments and community resource linkage

Facilitating individual and family counseling for children and adolescents
-
Conducting case management to ensure clients’ basic needs are met

Developing and implementing individualized service plans (ISPs)

Completing required documentation, including progress notes and quarterly reports

Submitting clinical information for service authorizations

Participating in regular clinical supervision

Qualifications:

Licensed Mental Health Professional
Position Summary:
Seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, and families through in-home, community-based, and outpatient settings. This role is vital in helping our clients navigate life’s challenges while promoting healing, personal growth, and emotional wellness.
PLEASE NOTE: Applicants must possess an active Virginia Licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Resident in Counseling with Board approval)
to be considered.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans and provide clinical supervision to QMHPs.

Provide therapeutic counseling and crisis intervention to clients across diverse age groups.

Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with DBHDS and Medicaid regulations.

Collaborate with case managers, peer support specialists, and other providers to ensure continuity of care.

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and provide clinical input for service planning.

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as needed.

Uphold ethical and professional standards while fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.

Stay current with continuing education and best practices in mental and behavioral health.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field.

Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience preferred.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Familiarity with DBHDS and Medicaid regulations a plus.

Must pass a criminal background check and maintain professional liability insurance.
