Tulesha Smith
Human Resource Manager

serves as the Human Resources Manager and Billing Specialist for Brighter Day. She first began her journey with the company in 2013. After a few years away, she returned to YKC in 2017 and has remained a faithful and dedicated employee since.

Consistently striving to achieve new levels of professionalism in her role, Ms. Smith specializes in leadership and organizational skills. She is precise in focusing on attention to detail and accuracy. Not only is she committed to high ethical standards and personal integrity, but she is also dependable and a team player. Ms. Smith is direct in her approach, but that is attributed to her passion and commitment to her role. Independently, she diligently takes the initiative to learn and apply new practices that have proven to enhance the productivity of daily operations. Intuitive, punctual, and highly motivated are just a few other attributes that YKC has had the pleasure of experiencing with Ms. Smith in a leadership position.

In addition to all the above, Ms. Smith is the mom of one son. She has also obtained a degree in culinary arts in 2014 and is a hairstylist, which she has been practicing since the early 1990s. In her spare time, you can find her (on occasion) offering a quick style to friends and family alike or preparing meals in large and small capacities for events and gatherings.

Ms. Smith is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her tireless energy to
encourage others to work hard and succeed.
